At leading technology news site CNET, Dan oversees coverage of computers and gaming. A hands-on expert, he manages a team running CNET's New York gadget testing lab and has personally tested and reviewed hundreds of laptops, desktops, tablets and hybrids, while also hosting videos and writing about hot-button consumer technology topics.
He also co-hosts the CNET Book Club podcast, where he’s interviewed authors such as Walter Mosley, Jeff Vandermeer and Andy Weir .
As a writer and columnist, Dan has contributed regularly over the years to magazines including Men's Journal, Maxim, Blender, and Sync, and he's previously served as a monthly columnist for both SPIN and WWE Magazine.
